Provide visibility on team utilisation, capacity, project allocation and resource forecasting.
Help identify over-servicing, inefficiencies or delivery risks that may impact profitability or timelines.
Support ongoing improvements to resource planning processes.
Maintain accurate visibility of freelance usage and support budget tracking where required.
Communicate upcoming capacity opportunities and pressure points to the wider business.
Team Collaboration & Growth
Build strong working relationships across all departments and levels of the business.
Support and collaborate with the Senior Resource and Delivery Lead, Head of Production and Resource Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Promote a positive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach to resource management.
