Role overview
Cloudfy is seeking a highly organised Project Management Coordinator to support the Head of Project Management and the wider delivery team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth administration, coordination, and governance of client projects across the business.
You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of delivery, ensuring projects are well organised, accurately tracked, and professionally communicated.
Note: You will work from our Leicester office 4 days per week and 1 day per week remotely.
As a Project Management Coordinator at Cloudfy, you will:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Project Management.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and governance records to a high standard.
Support project setup, ensuring consistent use of templates, tools, and processes.
Track project progress against milestones, highlighting risks and delays.
Assist with the preparation of project status reports for internal and client use.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes, ensuring clear follow-up actions.
Support communication across project teams, including development, QA, and commercial functions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and standards.
Ensure all project data is accurate, up to date, and audit-ready.
