Role overview
This role would suit a junior project manager who is looking to step up into a project manager position and is technically minded and understands logic.
It is a mid‑level role focused on managing projects through their full lifecycle, with responsibility for leading projects and acting as the main point of contact for international clients. The role would suit someone comfortable following work through to completion and maintaining consistent progress on projects and agreed actions.
The role is continually evolving and offers opportunities for learning, professional development, and exposure to global work.
Note: You will work from our Leicester office 4 days per week and 1 day per week remotely.
As a Project Manager at Cloudfy, you will:
Take full ownership of a portfolio of client projects after a structured training period.
Be the main contact for international clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain clear project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resourcing.
Chair internal project meetings and present agreed plans to senior leaders for sign‑off.
Track delivery closely to keep work aligned with agreed scope, deadlines, and costs.
Maintain regular contact with clients and global partners by phone and email.
Record progress and outcomes, sharing clear updates with clients and senior leaders.
Document meeting outcomes and follow up on agreed client actions.
Provide holiday cover for other project accounts, ensuring continuity for clients.
You will bring:
Experience recognising project challenges and seeing work through to resolution with consistent engagement.
Technical understanding of comfort working with SaaS platforms and B2B eCommerce journeys, and a working knowledge of API’s, etc.
Education to degree level or Level 3 (A‑Level, BTEC, or equivalent), plus five GCSEs (grades 4–9 / C–A*) including English and Maths, or comparable workplace experience.
Clear written and spoken communication for client and internal discussions.
Readiness to contribute across multiple active projects at the same time.
Care and accuracy when handling plans, notes, and client actions.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to building productive working relationships.
