Telemarketing Campaign Delivery Manager

Role overview
Reporting to the Head of Telemarketing Solutions, you will oversee the entire Telemarketing campaign delivery phase. This opportunity presents an exciting path for you to embrace and excel in your responsibilities, enhance your skills, and develop your career within the Agent3 Group.
As a Telemarketing Campaign Delivery Manager at Agent3 Group, you will:
- Collaborate with clients and Client Success to understand campaign briefs, compile clear briefing materials, and ensure delivery teams are fully prepared and engaged
- Work closely with agents to drive campaign results, monitor performance, and take corrective action when needed to meet objectives
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams through updates, reports, and meetings to ensure transparency and satisfaction
- Produce detailed campaign wrap-up summaries highlighting key results, trends, and insights
- Support and develop team members through training and ongoing performance improvement initiatives
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to optimise campaign delivery and enhance team processes.
You will bring:
- A background in client-facing roles and team coaching
- 3+ years of experience of efficiently managing detailed projects from set up to completion
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with peers, partners, clients, and team members
- Leadership qualities to mentor, motivate, and manage a team towards achieving results.
- The ability to use multiple IT tools such as Google Sheets, 5CRM, and AI applications for data analysis, campaign management, and client communications
- Experience in outbound phone-based sales (preferably B2B) is preferred, but not required
