Role overview
We're seeking a Paid Account Executive to join our growing paid media team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social media advertising who excels in a dynamic agency setting and wants to deepen their skills across paid platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
You'll support the Paid Media Account Manager in campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting – helping achieve impactful outcomes for a diverse range of clients.
We work in a hybrid setting; therefore, you'll be based in our London (Great Portland Street) office 2–3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days.
As a Paid Account Executive at Cubaka, you will:
- Help to plan media, set up, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Draft and deliver initial performance reports, providing insights and collaborating on recommendations.
- Support in building paid media strategies that align with client goals, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Stay on top of campaign performance while live, identifying opportunities to test and refine ads, audiences, and placements.
- Join client calls and internal meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.
- Work with creative and strategy teams to ensure assets meet platform best practices and campaign objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with social platform updates and share key insights with the team via our Weekly Social Update.
- Track ad spend budgets and time allocations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Support Cubaka's own social media efforts and contribute to our collaborative agency culture.
You will bring:
- 1+ years' experience in social media advertising or paid digital media (agency or client-side).
- Hands-on familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- A solid understanding of social media advertising principles, performance metrics, and audience targeting.
- Excellent time and task management, and communication.
- An eye for creativity and a curiosity for testing new ideas.
- A forward mindset, a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in learning
