Senior Account Executive
Cubaka is an award-winning Social Media agency based in the UK, that works with brands such as Mattel Toys (including Scrabble, Barbie and Thomas the Tank Engine), Linda McCartney Foods, Lindt Chocolate, Sixt Car Rental, Virgin and Virgin Red, Avanti West Coast Trains, Toyota and the Royal British Legion, amongst others.
We are a friendly mix of Strategists, Creatives, Account Managers, Media Planners and Buyers - all with one goal: creating work that wins people's time on social media, in the most exciting ways possible.
Role overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to join our lively team on Great Portland Street, working on the fun and creative account, Virgin Red, reporting to one of our Senior Account Managers. Based in our London office two–three days a week, with the option to work from home the rest.
As a Senior Account Executive at Cubaka, you will:
- Be experienced: 1-year minimum under your belt doing something interesting (bonus if it’s been in the world of social media)
- Be knowledgeable: In all things social media and digital marketing. You know your Instagram Reels from your TikTok and can rattle off examples of social best practices and have a point of view on the latest campaigns and trends
- Be Positive: In email liaison and client communication, while maintaining agency standards through grammar, details and presentation of the agency externally.
- Be organised: You must prioritise and juggle tasks in a high-speed environment with attention to detail.
- Be curious: An interest in the latest goings-on in social media and digital marketing.
- Be Independent: You have a passion to work, enjoy running your projects and finding solutions to challenges when they crop up
- Be Initiator: You have lots of ideas and to-do lists, and the ability to turn them into reality. Be ready to dig your teeth into something new and take on anything and everything.
- Keen: You want to be part of the action and up for learning along the way.
