I’m a highly motivated and passionate talent strategy professional, with leadership experience and success that spans over 10 years within the marketing and advertising industry.

After working at agencies such as AKQA and AnalogFolk, I briefly ventured into the world of consultancy to aid MRM Meteorite with their growth before moving to Brandwidth (part of Next 15 Communications Group) to head up their HR and Talent team. Here, I supported the delivery of its business strategy by developing and implementing talent and organisational development initiatives.

My role has now taken me into the Next 15 Group where I work as Head of Talent Management & HR Business Partner working across several other agencies within the wider Group.
